Dexcom G6 patches are adhesive overlays made by FixiC, designed specifically to keep your Dexcom G6 continuous glucose monitoring sensor firmly attached to your skin. The oval cutout measuring 114×81 mm precisely matches the shape of the sensor, so the patch fits snugly around the device housing without wrinkling or shifting during everyday movement.
The base is built using a three-layer construction that prevents creasing and keeps the patch lying flat against the skin for the entire wear time of the sensor. The adhesive itself is a hypoallergenic, latex-free acrylic formula, which lowers the risk of skin irritation even with extended wear and makes it a safe choice for sensitive skin, including for children.
These patches are fully waterproof, so you can shower, swim, or exercise without worrying that the sensor will peel off or that moisture will loosen the seal. Each pack contains 25 patches, enough for several sensor-wear cycles when changed regularly alongside the sensor itself.
Application is straightforward: clean and dry the skin around the already-placed sensor, peel off the protective backing, and smooth the patch outward from the center to the edges without stretching it.
